Specimen
Not a picture of one, and not a mock-up. The page below is rendered by the same code that prints your learners' cards, so it cannot go out of date. The learner is invented; everything else is real.

Shown at reduced size. It prints on one A4 sheet.
What you are looking at
Name, motto, contacts, logo — and the logo again, faint, behind the whole card. Your colours throughout. The head teacher's signature and the school stamp print on the signature line.
This one is 20/80 weighted. Choose a different grading mode and the columns change to suit it — including out-of-3 competency marks with identifiers instead of percentages.
Four subjects or twenty-two, the card fits a single A4 sheet. The type tightens as it fills, and the subject table stretches so a short list does not leave blank paper above the rubric.
Position in stream and in class, with proper tied ranking. Switch them off per class if your school would rather not rank learners.
Class teacher and head teacher. Leave the first blank and GradeFlex writes one from your own comment bands — and anything a teacher types always wins.
Switched on, every card carries a QR code and a serial. Anyone can check it is genuine, and that the marks still match your records, without an account.
Register, add one learner, enter their marks, print the card. Fifteen minutes, and nothing to pay.
