Priced by term, because that is when fees arrive

A bursar has money in week one of term and is scraping by week eight. A monthly subscription asks for cash that is not there, so GradeFlex bills the way schools actually budget.

Paying for a whole year

A Ugandan year is three terms. Pay for the year and it costs less than three termly payments — and the SMS credits come as one larger allowance.

Questions schools ask

How do we pay?

MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money or card, through Pesapal. You get a printable receipt for your books.

What happens if we fall behind?

Bulk printing, ID cards, analysis and backup pause. Entering marks, writing comments and printing a report card keep working. We do not hold a school's own records hostage over an invoice.

Can we get our data out?

Any time, in one click — Excel or a full backup. The data is your school's, not ours.

Do we need to install anything?

No. It runs in a browser on the school laptop, and on a phone. Parents need nothing at all.

What if we grow past our plan?

Nothing stops. You are prompted to move up at your next renewal — never blocked from adding a learner.

Try it before you decide anything

One learner, a real report card, and a real text to a real parent. Then pick a plan.
