Report cards your curriculum recognises
Five grading modes covering how Ugandan
secondary schools assess under the competency-based curriculum:
Activities of Integration alone, AoI plus end-of-term, the 20/80
weighting, AoI out of three with achievement identifiers, and a
single score out of 100. Set the mode per class and per term, because
not every class in a school is assessed the same way.

Cards that can be proved genuine
Every printed card carries a QR code and a
short serial. Anyone can check it without an account — and the check
says not just that the card is real, but whether the marks still match
what your school holds. A doctored card fails.

Messages parents actually receive
SMS reaches a Ugandan parent in a way email
does not. GradeFlex sends through two providers, so one being down does

Who can see what
Each role sees only what the job needs. A
bursar handles money and cannot open learner report cards. A subject
teacher enters marks for the streams they teach and no others.
